Mike Kovacs
With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Mike Kovacs brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to AnchorPoint Services. As the founder and owner, Mike is dedicated to providing exceptional guidance and support to clients in navigating the complexities of construction projects.
Throughout his career in the commercial construction industry, Mike has held various key positions, progressing from Project Engineer to Project Executive. With a strong background in project management, he has successfully led a diverse portfolio of projects encompassing office buildings, industrial facilities, non-profit, educational, retail spaces, and more.
Prior to starting AnchorPoint Services, Mike served as the Director of Preconstruction for a prominent Baltimore construction firm, where he successfully managed over half a billion dollars' worth of preconstruction services annually. This experience forms the foundation of AnchorPoint's Pre-Construction Services, ensuring that clients receive top-tier guidance and support from a seasoned professional.
